Humayrah Bint Altaf

Humayrah Bint Altaf is a name you might not recognize, but it's also a name you won't soon forget. For the past couple of years, she has been making the world, including Milton & King, fall in love with her art. She uses shiny metallic beads and threads to stitch together gorgeous ornate insects. These woodland-inspired hand embroidered bugs grab your attention. She turns what most of us think as a nuisance into beautiful works of art. Trained at the Royal School of Needlework, she was recognized by the <a href="http://www.girdlers.co.uk/">Worshipful Company of Girdlers</a>. Finally, Milton & King is taking her popular creations and turning them into a wallpaper.
